I placed an order on 23.11.2014 and I am suddenly waiting. On 01.12.2014 I received an email telling me that my order will be processed when they receive the merchandise from their supplier. I have been waiting for 1 week thinking that I will receive my order soon!

I have been waiting for my order for 2 weeks. A week ago I was notified that my order was on its way. Nothing has arrived yet. Never again!

I waited 1 month to receive the goods and final surprise the order was missing an item paid 40 euros

The package arrived a little later than stated on the website with regard to the time frame for processing the request. However they kept in constant contact to notify me of the minor mishap as well as all other fulfillment (accepting request preparing package and shipping). The shipment then once it left was very fast.

But what a hassle: 10 to 20 day delivery times No reply to emails No telephone number to contact them Refund by credit note which obliges you to buy something else Expensive prices compared to the competition What a pity with more application and rigor in their operation and reasonable delivery times I think this would be one of the best sites in the world.

of course when you talk to them online they don't even answer you when they see that they're wrong no answer about my order because they're not able to answer you pay +€8 extra to have it in a simo parcel and in the end I have nothing in my purse.

I'm very disappointed and I'm still waiting for delivery of my order made on November 6. Today is November 22 and there's still no delivery. I find this deplorable! I've been waiting 15 days. What's more, my card was debited immediately! They could do a deferred debit when the parcel only leaves their premises. We're in the run-up to Christmas, so it's a good thing they don't sell anything.

I really appreciate this site for the many varieties of models it has to offer. I recommend it to all fans of miniature models or other !!!. This site is really very interesting

Yes, everything was almost perfect, the parcel was nice and efficient, the box arrived in good condition and everything was as ordered inside, but it took 8 days for the parcel to be posted. This is a point for improvement. Otherwise everything was fine.

The impropriety is due to the fact that if they cannot honor an order they do not return the money but create a ""voucher"" of equal value. My opinion is that this is unacceptable. The unreliability is due to 1) an item that appeared to be on hand but was not (see above) and 2) a series of emails stating an order was ready when it was not. Unavailable because they do not respond to messages on their own site and if they do they respond generically without having read the content. Conversely they also arrive 4 consecutive emails to all say that a product has been shipped. As an aggravation after the first order I had warned that they would be ""under observation"" at the next one (which I MUST have placed because they would not return my money) and they behaved exactly the same way. The two stars because in the end MUCH AFTER THE EXPECTED DATES but the items actually available arrived to me.

Hello I don't mind if you don't have all the references, but in this case your supplier is not performing well. The least you can do is let the customer know. This purchase was planned for a birthday on the 21st. I don't count on it anymore. I thought 9 days was enough (36 hours for English sites!). I was wrong. I wanted to be civic-minded and use a French company. Wrong again. Yours faithfully A.

Hello, I have been waiting over 4 months for my money from a plane that was delivered to me damaged. Of course I sent it back within 2 days. At first I was told that the parcel was missing, but after two months they said yes, we will refund the money. I had to call in a lawyer because I was always put off. Please remember that French law is not the same as German law. MfG Please keep your hands off this store

No problems with the quality of the product, the care of the packaging or the delivery. On the other hand, I found the order preparation time (it took exactly 6 calendar days from the time I placed my order to the time it was dispatched) a little long. In comparison, delivery by Colissimo (only 15 calendar days!) is extremely fast! 1001 Maquettes could do with a little improvement.

[UPDATE]: Order paid but not taken into account: I had to send an email for my order to be taken into account even though my account had been debited. Then, although the order was sent, I never received it. Despite numerous emails, no solution was found. The company offered me a 20€ gift voucher to compensate me for a 65€ order that I will never see (is this a joke?).

1001Maquettes is an ideal company for all model makers. Its services are seriousbut I find it a shame to receive free shipping offers and not be able to use them because I have no windows on the 1001 maquettes page so they don't serve me.

I ordered a book on 6.12. 2013!!!! that was available according to the online store by prepayment. After receiving payment on 12.12.2013, I was promised delivery within 6 to 9 days! The fact is that to this day (28.10.2014!!!! after more than 10 months) I have neither received my order nor my money has been transferred back (despite assurances of a return transfer and repeated sending of all data!!!!). Today I sent a final email with all the details to customer service. If I do not get my money back within the specified time, I will do the same as other ""reviewers"" and file a complaint and, if necessary, take further steps. If it had been possible I would not have given a star at all!!!! Hands off!!!!

Order placed on 2809. The 2910 3 mail announcing that I will receive the order under 6 to 12 days. On 0110 I receive an email indicating that 3 products are on order (so far so good). On 0310 I receive an e-mail indicating""We are waiting for a product which is currently being shipped by one of our suppliers"" with all the items ordered listed under""PRODUCTS IN STOCK"" and nothing under""PRODUCTS COMING SOON"". I hastily concluded that they had received everything. In the absence of an order, I call 0810 again. On 01010 I receive an answer indicating that the items that make up your order have been received at our warehouse. Your order will therefore be dispatched as soon as possible... Seeing nothing coming, I call 1410 again. Shortly afterwards I receive an email indicating that a product is missing... Knowing that on the 10th they said they had everything. Consequently I open a Paypal dispute. As if by a miracle, I received the following email on the following day Dear customer It appears that one of the products you ordered is unfortunately unavailable and we don't know when it will be available again: GUNZSB223 bottle 40 ml I'll have you prepare your order with the available products. As soon as the product is back in stock we will notify you by email. A coupon (V45127C13692P129186) has been generated for the amount of the unavailable product (3.99). You can use it to buy this product or for any new order. To use the coupon: - enter the customer area with your email and password on the customer area - prepare your order - enter the discount code (copy and paste to avoid typos) and validate Thank you for your understanding Service cl"" I'm sure I'll continue to be pigeonholed and I'll recommend them! Why not have a coffee at the local bar. Failing shipment on 1810 I escalate the dispute into a claim and then the order preparation process starts. After 1 month I finally have an almost complete delivery... In conclusion, thank you Paypal, but avoid 1001 maquettes because they have no respect for your privacy.

After ordering products advertised as available, I received an e-mail informing me that out of 5 products, only one was in stock and that I had to wait for a supplier to deliver the others! No information at the outset on the failure to meet the deadlines announced on the site. Announcing that a product is available when it isn't is bordering on misleading advertising... My credit card was debited immediately! If I'd known, I'd have ordered from another site... which I'd probably do now. BIG DISAPPOINTMENT.
