order complies with my request and well received (well packaged) (delivery a little long - for me) hence the 4 out of 5. I would make other purchases on this site for sure !!! serious site to recommend without reservations !!!

I ordered a Ferrari Enzo (ref: 87775I) but received a plastic, radio-controlled Ferrari F430 (see photo). I called 1001maquettes to express my astonishment. They agreed to reimburse me but I had to pay for the return postage. Almost €13 in shipping costs for an order I would never have placed if the ad had been correct. You can see that the reference still shows an Enzo, even if after my call it was changed to specify that the vehicle is radio ordered and today it only specifies F430 (You can compare the site with the screenshot) I'm not satisfied and I don't recommend the site. A needed service but with notable problems. 1001 modelkits is a needed service for those of us who like obscure and hard to find model kits but their are some serious flaws in their system. Firstly their website was often down or not accessible for periods of time. Secondly, just after making a order with them the email address I used was compromised and I needed to change passwords. Thankfully it was a email address with negligible info for thieves to use. Third, I ordered a specific as advertised scale model (CHI HA tank 1:72) but was given a slightly larger scale model (1:76) instead. Finally, a couple of the models I purchased were either intentionally or unintentionally opened or tampered with. If I'm paying full price for a new product then I would expect it to be untouched. As mentioned I am thankfull that 1001 model kits exits because theirs no one else out their like them that I've found but I'm wary of ordering again from them.

On 2412 I place an order and the products are available. I choose colissimo delivery to be delivered quickly. On 4412 the website informed me that my order had been processed. On 9412 I still hadn't received anything. I sent them an e-mail to which 1001 maquettes replied that a product had been restocked! They don't warn me if I don't ask for anything! I then asked for a refund of the shipping costs for not respecting the delivery time and they offered me free shipping on a future order! Finally I received my parcel on 14412, i.e. 12 days after placing my order.......... I paid a lot for the colissimo...... Site non r

practical, well-designed website, except for the occasional lack of illustration (image or text) on certain products (decals, kit versions, etc.) prices for resin kits are sometimes a little high, but there's a wide choice and you can find""rare birds"" (aircraft kits, of course!) payment method and hassle-free delivery within a few days, properly packaged. A very good site to recommend without reservation.

a very good site where you can find a very wide choice of models and, above all, once you've made your choice (of model) you can see underneath all the various accessories you can add (photoetched resin stencils etc.).

even for a colieco delivery I find it a bit long.

The product indicated as being in stock was not and waited to be delivered by the supplier before arriving.

First purchase for me on this site and almost convinced. the shipping costs are a little expensive for the times announced for the expedition otherwise very good.

1001 models referenced... yeah, if you want, once you've deleted the products that are unavailable, there's not much left... and for the products that are supposedly in stock, you have to wait more than a week to receive them, even if you opt for the 48-hour collissimo service, which adds to the bill. In short, minimum service for a site that's not up to scratch.

I am fully satisfied with the processing and delivery of my order. However, one point disappointed me: the export tax exemption is not offered to customers domiciled outside France. So I unfortunately paid VAT twice... Best regards

at the time of my online order there were 6 Ariane V available so I ordered but on delivery I received only 1 copy + 1 e-mail telling me that we were out of stock and delivery would not be for about 20 days (which was not true) so I was disappointed for the first time so I re-ordered and I realized that I was still missing 1 e I finally received my last model but it took me almost 1 month. I am really disappointed because I thought I would receive them all for New Year's Eve at 31122011. My guests who I was supposed to give them a present were disappointed, so that's basically my opinion of this order. Sincerely Mrs DUR
