Product arrived broken sent 2 emails no response

I have not been informed of an out-of-stock situation I am not refunded for the out-of-stock product but I am stuck with a credit note (does this comply with the regulations or the general terms and conditions of sale, I don't think so). No response from 1001hobbies to messages sent via the customer account.

A lot of products, a lot of choice, it's a pity that shipping costs are expensive, that to get free shipping you have to buy a lot of 99€ and that return shipping costs are at the customer's charge. For info amazon returns are free and the minimum purchase for free shipping is 25€.

The order took so long to arrive and one item that was on back order the Autoblinda did not arrive. and the second order has still not arrived ?.

Product matches nicely; delivery time longer than expected

Very good site but they don't manage their stock very well when it comes to an order containing available items with pre-ordered items. Otherwise, delivery is always perfect.

Extremely long delivery and after waiting for 2 months I did not receive 1 item and received a voucher from the shop instead of money back. Very bad experience.

Despite the wait between the order (January) and delivery 08/03 the product ordered victim of its success. I am very satisfied.

Received my shipment. Did take over two weeks, but well as long as it arrives it is okay. Thanks for that.

The larger order caused some waiting time, but in the end everything went well.

The prices are relatively high, but the ordering service is reliable and the contact is friendly. In this respect, there is a clear recommendation.

Already had problems with the site once, the last order went smoothly for the most part, but what definitely needs to be improved is the communication for pre-order items. Last time the pre-order was not displayed, this time it was postponed without feedback. The postponement is not the problem, but the lack of notification that items will now arrive a month later. I discovered this myself purely by chance.

Everything can be found....a little expensive though.

Communication was good, also the item ordered was fine!, only I regret that there is no home delivery and it had to be picked up at a collection point!, this is very inconvenient especially if you do not have transportation!

Very satisfied except for the color pots themselves. It's a pity that you stick notices that cover up the color identification of the pots. This is very disturbing.

Shipping was quick and trouble-free. But, and this is a real problem, it's a model to be assembled and all the instructions are in a foreign language (German - English) whereas the whole site is in French and I didn't see that there was a warning on this point. I complained and the site offered to return the equipment. That's a good thing. But I have to pay for the return whereas I consider that the responsibility is on their side. We'll see if they actually cancel the sale... So it's been a calamitous experience.

The order went smoothly and the goods arrived safely within the originally stated delivery period. I was a little worried about the long delivery period without any feedback or status updates, but this was unfounded. I will be happy to order again!

I had placed an order on 18-01-24, After the order a few items turned out to supposedly have a 1 to 2 week waiting period. On 18-02-24 I was tired of waiting and wanted to cancel the order. At first they pretended not to understand what "cancel" means and said the order would not be complete until 27-02. After I kept insisting that I want my money back,they had quickly shipped the order incomplete against my wishes. Since the customer service is lying to you and apparently has no qualms about taking money out of your pockets with worthless service, I had turned to Paypal and refused the package in advance (I received an email with return instructions that I would have to pay the costs as well, they are a bunch of idiots). Now that Paypal is watching, after many emails in which I kept repeating myself, they finally agreed to refund my money. The package was only delivered back to the sender on 24-02, and now I'm still waiting for my money (220 euros). In short, a shady company run by shameless crooks and liars, who will try anything to get money out of your pockets.

I haven't received the order yet.
