Very disappointed order 2 puzzles received only 1 and instead of having a refund directly to my account it makes me a credit while for the puzzle I walk to the heart so the credit voucherbm will not serve

Relatively long processing time.

Bad communication on how long you have to wait for your items.
One of my items came in damaged.

The goods were packed too lightly. A smaller box would not have been a mistake!

I ordered some Tamiya paint pots that I received and some of them were covered with a label that didn't mention the paint reference. Not easy to identify the contents. Strange and a bit confusing.... Otherwise fast processing and careful delivery.

Neatly kept informed while waiting for 1 item from my order!

Delivery a little long

Only four out of five stars because the prices are comparatively much higher than elsewhere. Everything else is fine. I have now received two of three delayed orders. The longer delivery times for the majority of items that are apparently not in stock are already pointed out when ordering. So nothing is promised that cannot be kept. The order and delivery history can be viewed on the website and the contact regarding two questions was friendly and direct. So if you have patience and don't necessarily look at every euro, this is a good place to order.

Same remarks as for the EAGLECAL board bought the same day on 27/01, purchase received on 21/02. Product not in stock, indicate this on the site to warn the buyer of delivery times. Landing gear from the kit used. Product stored in 'spoil box' for future use.

EAGLECAL quality. One remark, it would be nice to indicate that the product is sold on order and is not in stock. Purchased and paid for on 27/01 and received on 21/02. This is to warn the buyer of the potential delay in receipt.

Items put up for sale without 1001hobbies having availability. Prices almost double that of competitors. Response to contacts with much delay.

I ordered several items with different delivery dates depending on product availability. I had to call 1001 hobbits again because the items "in stock" had not been delivered on time. However, in spite of this inconvenience, the items were expected and delivered (2 shipments) on time.

False delivery date. They delivered 4 days late, without any prior communication of the delay. They did not accept, at the beginning, to return the package and refund the amount. In the end yes, but late, very late.... Very improvable service.

Clear site, correct price and good delivery

I ordered an Rc body and had to wait a very long time for it to be sent out. The body itself fits very well. I have nothing to complain about.

The package received which is a calmato model airplane fuselage turned out to be crushed. After 6 mail.4 phone conversations no reaction from 1001hobbies.Jgn.

The excessive delay in shipping generated additional costs and logistical complications for me to receive the purchased order. I live in Argentina, I bought so that the order could reach a relative in the USA, calculating enough time for it to reach this person before traveling to my country and bringing it to me. The shipment to the USA was delayed, my family member traveled without having received the order, and in the end I was able to receive it by arranging the shipment to my country by another means with additional costs. Furthermore, when I requested the return they wanted to charge me for shipping costs, with the business being responsible for the time it took for delivery.

Good evening, I have asked twice to contact me following a problem with my parcel but nothing!

Perfection doesn't exist, so I can't put 5 but....

order partially received...no satisfactory response from customer service who tell me that the order has been delivered and they don't even have the list of what I had originally ordered, everything has been erased from the order history and I'm asked to demonstrate what's missing, the world upside down...no response in 48 hours and what's more unpleasant!!!!...

They took a long time to ship, only to make two shipments in the end. If not for that it would have been perfect.

Poses as a Dutch site and supposedly sends right.... NOT! Had to wait more than 2 weeks for my stuff without being informed.... 1 time not again. Customer service also not best, already starts about not being able to cancel while you only ask for info.

The site is functional but very disappointed with the glass mask.

This is the first time I have used your best with this one I needed the decals and ordered them from you .I am still looking for decals from fina for the 1999 DAF RACING race truck but can't find them maybe you can help me find them somewhere Greetings Eddy

It's like a big 80s model store, but unfortunately you have to wait a long time for the order to arrive if the product isn't in stock.
