the customer service is very good.but above all you have a very wide choice and that's the main thing.the only problem is the prices which are sometimes much higher than those of your competitors.but that's apparently a supplier problem.

Very bad delivery time.

Buying Tamiya colors from your store, I noticed that the small bottles have a sticker on the side that covers the color code making it difficult to recognize.

From email received mail sent expected delivery 18/9. After a few days of waiting, I requested information and the package was reported shipped 20/9.

2 months delivery time, very bad.

Clear product description and easy to find. And was delivered quickly and is well informed of when the package arrives.

Unprofessional and unfriendly

Legitimate product, but delivery very delayed (2 weeks late), and no answer to my question.

The model is also simple, its quality is terrible and the instructions are not in Spanish, something that should be warned. A horrible purchase, I will probably never buy anything from 1001 hobbies again.

Yours is the MOST confusing hobby site I've ever visited. It just POORLY organized. THERE IS NO LOGICAL METHOD WHEN IDENTIFYING A PRODUCT.

I ordered it at the beginning of August and it arrived in mid-September after 2 failed shipments and I had to protest, without anyone telling me what was wrong :(

Smooth transaction

I have not received a refund for the product paid for and not received, only a credit note! Does this mean that I have to purchase again?

Good value, well packaged, just takes a little time to arrive, but worth waiting for.

The shipping is very slow. When I received it I didn't remember what I had ordered. I ordered only paint so I can't comment on the rest.

I do not recommend this site, my order was badly prepared, a product not delivered although in stock, the other products incomplete, delivery times not respected, I had to return my incomplete order and be refunded by PAYPAL, I advise you to use this method of payment in case of problems with them. They are unreachable on the phone and don't always answer quickly, or even forget to send you their replies. Added to this is a billing error, inaccurate total and a wrong parcel number, making tracking impossible! We wish you good luck!

Everything went well in the end, you have some problems with pre-order items because the waiting time is not clear. Otherwise the call center worked and they gave me support.

Extremely long delivery time, ordered 24ml bottles and received 18ml. Very slow response.

Shipping box could be better

I waited more than a month for a piece that I needed and bought more things to get free shipping. in the end they told me that they don't have them and they won't have them anymore. I got pieces that were not important for me, but in the invoice there were also things that I didn't get.in the end a lot of waiting, they sell something that they do not have, they invoice things that they do not send you, and all that waiting more than a month, I ordered everything in another store in poland, super hobby, and it arrived in 4 days, I give 2 stars for having someone in customer service department who spoke in Castilian if you can not speak French, that the store is in France.

Price performance in order. Only the parcel tracking is only in French and cannot be accessed in German.

Usually everything usually goes well, but in this last order I ordered two units of the same display case. They sent me only one of them in a separate package from the rest of the order and they didn't know anything about the other one. About a month ago I contacted them to see how we could solve it, they told me that the amount would be credited to my account and to this day they still don't know anything.

Contacted via email via customer service to ask where the item is I didn't know it had to come from France but then you get such a blunt and rude response . I have pointed out to them that I am not enamored with their response . So would like to file a complaint at this point!
