1001 was the only place I could get this product as no one else had it in stock, I was a little confused about my order coming from overseas, but it arrived in a reasonable time, the price was good and I was kept updated regarding the delivery. I am pleased to see on their website that they stock AMT car kits, some of which are actually in stock, the prices on these mean I shall be placing orders for them shortly.

A stock order taking almost 14 days instead of three days. Probably 1001 hobbies had to order the product from Japan first and then send it to me. Really sad when the item is listed as stock with the mailbox package also having to cost at least 6.95. This was my first and also my last order at 1001hobbies.

My pre-order became an order, I received my product very late despite being assured that my product was in stock. In the meantime, the price of the product had dropped by 2 cents (a difference of €100), and I was assured of a refund, which took me 2 months to obtain. The information I was given on the phone was contrary to what I had on the website, and finally I received my product, although I was told that delivery was still 4 months late, and I was offered a cancellation and a refund of my order. Otherwise, the product (Vecna statuette) is perfect.

We ordered a helicopter for our son. The packaging had already been opened once and the remote control was missing. Tears flowed at the birthday table. My son asks me every day if I have reached anyone at 1001 - unfortunately not. I am now getting the money back via Paypal. Never ever again.

Run away! Deadlines not met, customer service in freewheel mode: unable to do what's asked of them. A lot of stress and fruitless e-mail exchanges. A horror! If I have received the order mentioned in the Subject, I am extremely disappointed. Of the fifteen pots of Tamya color, only two are identified, and the others have no reference. As I'm not color-blind, I don't have any trouble distinguishing between green and yellow, but it's less obvious between different shades of the same color. A simple mark with a felt-tip pen would have sufficed and wasn't time-consuming. This was my first order and I'm afraid my last.
