Took a very long time

I am sorry, 40 days x receive the goods is really too much. You should have written it down. Or at least not charge the expenses that are expensive anyway.

parcel arrived on time with correct packaging. models a little expensive.

The first package arrived quite damaged, after some emailing and sending pictures they nicely resent things....
It is not fast but it is definitely handled nicely hence 4 stars.

Clear website with attractive prices

It took a week and a half for the delivery to arrive. But the product itself is really good.

Too bad the packaging is not adequate, I would have put some hard cardboard so that the decals would not bend. Otherwise all ok

The last order, some decals for airplanes, were two small sheets with very small symbols, which do not correspond to the image in their catalog and are not even valid for 1/72 scale. A real deception. Disappointing.

It was terribly bad I had to wait way too long for an ugly tshirt. I had to send several emails before I could get a delivery. The service is very bad.

Delivery a little long also not practical of all is good quality

Placed an order in late September for a Halloween party. Never got anything delivered until today 8 weeks after the order obviously too late for the party. I keep it because returning and getting money back will take a year. Good lesson cheap is expensive.
Bad service!

The site is well laid out, delivery took a while as the items were probably not in stock, but the package arrived within two or three weeks. I am completely satisfied with the order.

I have found the customer services team difficult to deal with and contact. The order I received was incorrect I received two Star Trek mugs instead of two model kits. I have cancelled a second order with this company because I have no confidence that I will receive the goods I paid for. Finally because the company is based overseas and I do not have a printer I cannot print returns labels and there are no instructions in my language on the paperwork to tell me how to claim a refund. I WILL NOT BE USING THIS COMPANY AGAIN

My experiences with 1001Hobbies have, generally been good. They have a very broad collection of models available, many of which are not carried by domestic sellers. After a little confusion their website is relatively easy to navigate, and, given the distances involved prompt prompt delivery and their products arrive intact. On the other hand their prices and processing charges are relatively high compared with domestic sellers, but not unreasonable given the distances involved. I was pleasantly suprised by their prompt response to a problem I had with one order.

2 months of waiting!

Package delivered on time, but paint dried on arrival and parts missing

the only problem is the self-adhesive security label added to the jars, which is on top of the label where the reference is written, making it difficult to remove without damaging the inscription underneath, i.e. the color and reference.

My order was smashed, it looked like someone stepped on it making it garbage. The box it was shipped in was flimsy and thin and would be damaged easily

Paint accessories ordered on Monday evening and received on Wednesday. Fast, efficient. For a first order, it gives you confidence

Crushed box. I complained but with no response

The website is very well organized and visually appealing, Each model has a number of images to select/view. Overall, I really liked the website but found the check-out process to be a bit confusing. It kept rejecting my credit card but never gave a reason for the decline. I was finally able to figure out the issue and successfully place the order. (I wish I could recall the decline issue, but I know it wasn't due to an issue with the card itself). It took about a month for delivery (to the USA), but I received periodic email updates about it's status during that time. The kit arrived intact despite the shipping box not having adequate cushioning material. Again, the website itself is great. Just some room for improvement in the shipping process.

One good thing: the delivery (at 8 euros, I was hoping it would be quick). Otherwise, a very bad surprise. I ordered a product presented as a metallic miniature, painted and decorated. With delivery and gift-wrapping, I got 50e. The product arrived the next day, so there's nothing to say about the delivery, but fortunately I wasted the 2e50 in the gift pack to check the product. It wasn't a metal miniature but a plastic model (not necessarily of very good quality, by the way)...of course neither painted nor decorated and with absolutely nothing supplied for assembly. I'm not going to send this package back, in fact I've already assembled the model since it was for a gift, but I ordered a decorative item and ended up with a piece of white plastic. I might as well tell you that I don't recommend a service that claims several times on an item page that it's something and then sends you the exact opposite. Still no answer from the after-sales service, maybe an update one day...
