I received a Mickey puzzle, but the picture on the website is of cats. I wanted the cats. Disappointed because the photo and the title don't match.

A real alternative to local and established retailers

The goods conform to the order and the shipment was Cellere, the prices are medium low. All ok

Fast and well-packed delivery

Part of the order does not correspond to what was purchased. I have already sent two emails to customer service and they have not answered me.

Waited 2 weeks for shipping conformation,. After several attempts to have them email shipping info I filed a claim with pay pal. for help because it seemed to me they were giving me a runaround. 5 or so days later I received my order.i believe I would be waiting had I not. Order was correct and in good condition. Thank you pay pal.

Page not recommended at all after a month of waiting for an order that said 2 to 3 days I got the figure that was not instead of sending the expensive version they charge you as if it were that and send you a normal one.

1001 has a good stock of products. When contacted he responded and was responsive.
Two glitches: a product initially reported available (and which I had purchased) was later declared out of stock (but I recovered what I had already "shelled out" with another purchase); I had asked about delaying delivery and was confirmed that it would happen and instead the goods were sent to me immediately. Small problems that should be better handled.

After placing the order a month ago, I still have not received the package.

Fast, efficient service. The only drawback was that the €5 discount could not be applied (it was no longer activated).

Price seemed competitive with no hidden charges eg Duty VAT. Delivery across the border was prompt and tracking adequate. Seemed have a reasonable range of products. First time I have used them and will do again if need arises

Unfortunately I would not use this company again. Paid for Express delivery and said it would arrive 2-3 business days. Kept looking for tracking details and found nothing. After a week tried calling the number in the UK as it was a .co.uk website. This was then I got suspicious. Number kept dropping out. BEWARE. This is not a UK based Company like is says it is.
Emailed and got a reply saying item was in received in the UK on 11th July and I would get it within 2 days. Well two days had already passed and nothing.Still no tracking details
Called my credit card company to report a scam. They said to wait another week before looking into it. Then on 20th July nearly 2 weeks after placing order I find I have tracking details. These showed the item arrived in France on 16th so a complete lie by the company telling me it was in the UK on the 11th. It then arrived in UK at Heathrow on the 19th in the evening. I actually did receive this , thankfully but not until the 22nd July having paid for 2-3 express delivery on 8th.

2 items purchased that are not usable, I hope to receive an item that works.

It took several days to ship the order, although when I asked them they responded quickly, and it arrived well packaged and in perfect condition, so overall the rating is good.

Problem with IBAN number on prepayment (Hobbies error). No reply by e-mail until after a reminder from the bank.

Regarding the order that I received five star. However I had previously placed an order that was said to be backordered. I waited almost 3 months before I was informed that they were never going to get it back and again. This is quite disappointing.

Somewhat confusing information on available stock and delivery time. The outer packaging, boxes wrapped directly in a sheet of bubble wrap and 4 pieces of tape, without being spectacular, has fulfilled well and everything arrived intact... And on time.

I have not received all the materials I ordered

Shipping took a very long time and was delivered to the wrong address. There was an incorrect house number on the package.

Hello. Nickel chrome for both purchase and delivery. Impeccable. Thank you 1001Hobbies. Yes. Acrylic paint retarder. Good products from what I've seen on various YouTube tutorials. I already have the one for acrylic lacquers. I just needed the one for acrylic paints. For oil paints, I use either Wite spirit or a suitable thinner. And that's it. Hehe. Bonne maquettes à tous. The model kit was very poorly packed. It was not put into a separate box with packing material around it to protect its contents. Instead the model kit box itself was wrapped up in a little bit of covering and shipped. These model kit boxes are not very sturdy and the corner of the box was crushed when I received it. Fortunately, none of the parts therein seemed to be damaged. But that only means I was lucky. It's not hard to see how easily such poor packing could result in a badly damaged model kit. Do the right thing even though it will cost a little more in shipping. Put the model kits in a bigger shipping boxes and put some packing material around them. Other online retailers I deal with do this.

Serious order tracking

Customer service really sucks, you can tell they send your messages ASAP with standard replies. Without taking the time to read through and help you properly. Haven't come across such Customer Service since years.
