Hello, this is my first purchase on this site that I did not know. A slight lack of visibility in relation to availability (but it's possible that I didn't see or understand how it worked), however whether it's shipping or after-sales service, there's good responsiveness. Unfortuntley due to unknown stock levels and long delays it has taken over a month for my order to arrive, and even then only in pat, and with a secondary request for a refund against the items that were not available. Its a seriesof unfortunate events, but the fact hat it took so long to resolve and it took several attempts from myself to get them to look into my issue means that it was not a great customer service experience.

This order and previous orders are fine. But there are two pending orders and especially one that should already have stock of all three products, they are starting to run behind schedule. I am sure that the problem will be solved soon.

The item arrived over a month late, moreover not sealed and a large portion of oil was in the envelope.
The item was ordered in early May and was to be delivered by 18/05 of course payment upon issuance of the order. Of two items ordered only one arrived and after multiple reminders because they do not warn of any lack of stock availability. A Credit Note was issued for the other item in early June but at the time of the refund transfer there is not even a shadow.
Company to avoid absolutely, very lacking in organization and seriousness.

First you are told that the order has been canceled because the figurine you ordered is not available. After a while, when you ask for a refund of the amount you paid months ago, you receive a message in French saying that the refund may take weeks. After these messages, I ordered the figurine elsewhere and suddenly I get the message that the figurine has been sent after all. My email asking them not to do this (I already had it) and to refund me the money was ignored.....

Everything went well. Communication was good. I purchased 8 Aqua Color paints. One was congealed, but recoverable by adding water. Paints were shipped from Europe, so shipping cost was high. Not sure if this is standard for their inventory, but be aware.

The site was easy to navigate, I ordered a bag which was said to be in stock, when I checked on the progress a week later the bag was pending awaiting stock so I contacted customer services as I did not want to wait a month for it. They assured me it would be shipped put ASAP and I received it a few days later, not sure what the actual issue was but they delivered and I'm happy

The site is very good and fluid! The best thing would be to be able to see, on each model description, the paint references needed to make the model. The delivery is very good, on time! However, labels have been stuck on the paint cans to ensure translation into French: these labels often hide the paint reference... Perhaps we could find another system, or smaller labels better positioned on the cans. Perhaps we can find another system, or smaller labels that are better positioned on the pots. Sincerely
