Order took a little longer in shipping, using the ecoship option, compared to UPS shipping. The shipment took a dreadful beating enroute, and customer service worked with me quite well to deal with the problem. Luckily the items I'd ordered weren't damaged, as the kit packaging took the worst of the beating. The selection of products was good, as usual, and only minor stocking delays were encountered.

I purchased a product that was being marketed for more than 900 euros as available and shipped inn48 hours , after purchase, I called for more information but found people unprepared, also the product after several days of waiting that was not being shipped was unavailable. Why do they leave merchandise on the site if.then they don't have any? Also they wanted me to exchange the merchandise for completely different one. Fortunately I was able to get a refund.

They shipped $45 worth of paint in a flimsy envelope that let paint burst all over the inside and all over the other paint cans. I attempted to reach out to them and they did respond but ghosted me soon after. Horrid experience.

Very fast delivery for which all kudos . only downside : the so-called free shipping ? Because those are free to a drop off point and not to my/home address which in my case is really a must ( I have mobility problems so a pick up point is not an option for me ) . Further no minuses ..again kudos for the quick handling of the order made ..thumbs up !
