terrible experience! I bought a dimatex backpack but besides the delay in shipping, they do not respond to emails and if they do, it takes many days. The product received does not match the one in the photo and despite having contacted them, I have never received a response. Terrible. The backpack received can be found on the official site for 40 euros less. I bought it because the photo depicted a different version not present on the official site. Never again with them.

After over a year and not receiving my preorder, I contacted them to cancel. They refused and immediately shipped out the order. Wonder how often they just hope people forget? Scammers

With this seller, you need to be patient with shipping times, as the estimated times given for products to be back in stock aren't always accurate, and sometimes they can take longer. No, I stick to my first impression. I received an order 1 year after paying. If I hadn't left a negative review, I probably would never have received it.
