I copy you the forwarded in which contains the reference of the missing item and that as of today I no longer need.Good morning, I just received the package and in it I am missing: Avro Lancaster Dambuster B. My order was delayed, then when I received it most of the labels were damaged or ripped off my items. Sent a note to customer service and they did nothing. I won't ever shop with you again.

I was not impressed with their customer services. Rather than trying to help me, they were quite rude. And instead of cancelling my order, as per my request, when i realised the products wouldn't arrive in time, they still sent them - charging me £10 for delivery for items that were of no use.
