They do not offer me a refund; they only give me the option to exchange it for another product, with me paying the shipping costs, or a voucher for a future purchase. To top it off, they didn't even inform me that they would send fewer products than I paid for. In summary, a total disappointment. This page seems completely unreliable to me.

Purchased an item that was supposed to be available in stock and shipped the same day. Since I did not see it arrive after a week, I contacted 1001 hobbies for information, never received a response, in my third email where I requested a refund and cancellation of the order, never a response, after 15 days they wrote to me saying that it was no longer possible to cancel the order. Terrible service.
