The delivery did not correspond to the order, 2 more times, after 1 first complaint...a priori it would be the supplier's fault...but obviously there is no CTRL of quality before delivery in this commercial company...a shame!!!!

Well priced products, easy to navigate website and you kept informed with regards to how your purchase is progressing from payment right up until it arrives at your front door. The products are always well protected and arrive in great condition. I can't recommend 1001 highly enough.

Bad. Products never arrived. They ship from France with untracked shipping. After a one month wait, with excuses that are neither in heaven nor on earth from customer care, I had to ask for a refund through PayPal. I will never buy anything from them again! They do not deserve even one star.
