Placed an order for Xmas, with a published delivery time of 2 weeks. Should have been plenty of time. When there was no sign of it, I had to contact them to chase delivery. To be told there’s no way it would be delivered for Xmas! Therefore I had to cancel!

Was notified my address was not good for mailing with a PO Box! Changed my address but kept getting notices about the bad address even though I changed it!!! No good contact number to advise of the change, since y'all didn't check my address change before sending 3 or more notices!!!

I purchased a tamiya carbon fibre chassis upgrade kit from 1001 hobbies. This excellent item arrived safely and well packaged, in perfect condition. The price was very good. I'm very exited to build this into my touring car. The delivery was a little bit slow (2 weeks) but I suspect this is due to brexit. Overall, very happy with service, and would recommend 1001 hobbies. Will use again.

Delivery too late because after the holidays, contrary to the initial indications on the site. Once delivered, incorrect barcode, so impossible for the shopkeeper to find the parcel. He had to check his stock parcel by parcel, an unimaginable waiting time for me and a major inconvenience for the shopkeeper. Very disappointed with this delivery and therefore with your site. Obviously the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. ordered and paid for goods, weeks later a request for payment. I would have spoken to the store personally if the telephone numbers had been the right ones. I paid everything with PayPal...lucky me, never again!!!

My nephew only wants COBI but from WWII. I am not an expert in tanks, planes etc...and I went crazy. The hardest part was finding the product. It had to be entered in the home tab. It would be convenient more tags to facilitate the search. Otherwise everything was perfect and the kid was delighted.
