The two stars are because we did get our order eventually. But be warned that the products are shipped from another country and this company does not answer their phone or emails. You just have to have faith it will get there. I paid 45 dollars for expedited shipping however it still took 2 weeks for it to leave their warehouse in France. I ordered something else regular shipping and it took the same amount of time.

No one answers my calls. Delay too long (almost a month to receive my package) they sent my package in a mailbox that was not mine in another address and items that were not in stock but marked as available. To be avoided!

I found the shipping package in the stairwell without having signed anything for acceptance. It does not seem logical to me since the condominiums did not declare anything to me and for that since my name was listed it was considered that the delivery was delivered to myself and not to other people...now I am waiting for the refund of the credit note amounting to € 28.89 since more than 14 working days have passed .thank you!!!
