I am aware of the complications of the... I am aware of the complications of the holidays & Covid that may affect shipping ... but my order from Dec 10th has not arrived yet as of today (Dec 31st). Therefore until my order arrives it is impossible to give a positive review.

Overall disappointed. The order scheduled for delivery by December 21st finally arrived on December 29th...a shame for a Christmas present! The parcel ready to be dispatched from the logistics platform was blocked for 5 days without any explanation from the company I contacted by phone. What's more, 2 of the items advertised as being in stock on the site were found to be awaiting restocking at the time of confirmation...to encourage the customer to order (?) whereas other sales sites clearly indicated that the products were not available for 46 days. It's clumsy, even misleading. In my opinion, you can only give a bad brand image, and this encourages mistrust... disappointing for a site that claims to be of high quality and, what's more, French.

The person to whom we gave the models was delighted, and we'll be sure to recommend them to others.

I booked a product well before Christmas..7.12.20. It was in stock! I then received an email about to be delivered with tracking not available for 48 hours on 18.12.20which never got beyond expecting..then suddenly after Christmas another email saying was delivered 29th December. Will never use this company again. Very very disappointed. All communications when I could get them in French.

Although the website is not the easiest to navigate 1001 Modelkits has some hard to find kits and aftermarket supplies that are not found in most online hobby stores. For this reason I usually check other websites first.

I ordered the detail set for Saab J-35F Draken scale 1:48. The delivery was made to Austria within a week - despite Christmas. I have also been kept informed about the progress of the delivery. Great service. I will order again.

Bought wooden puzzle on 1712 with guaranteed delivery for 2412 Maxi and therefore the assurance of having a gift for Christmas for my son. Delivered by parcel relay on..2812. So no gift for Christmas. Battle to get someone on the phone ( 2312 ) only to tell me that it's not their fault it's Chronopost. Insisting that it should normally be delivered on time, I wait in vain. The saddest thing, on top of the fact that my son didn't get his present, is that they charge you a delivery guarantee surcharge of nearly 15€ for nothing and with no refund. ""sorry"" IT. Their mock-up description page was wrong and after complaint no plan to correct it is announced as to trap subsequent customers. And the claims management is unclear and not explicit, looking like an additional scam.

Order placed on 1312. On the 14th they send an email ""your order is ready"" On the 17th they send the same email (but one item is still missing) on the 22nd ""your order will be shipped shortly"" on the 23rd ""it has been shipped"" as of today 2912 the tracking code does not show up in the database. I prefer less information but correct and true.

I have been waiting for an order--paid in advance of course--since October 15 when I ordered and paid for it. It has NEVER arrived and it seems impossible to contact the store either by email or using the various forms here on the site. I receive no response whatsoever. Very unsatisfactory.
