More than 3 weeks delay to receive the order !!! Payment was taken immediately. On receipt: the resin part broken into several unrecoverable pieces! No rigid packaging to protect the pieces just a bubble envelope 10 times too big. And we pay 8€ for shipping. Pathetic. Compared with European sites that ship within 3 days with a parcelag

Packaged arrived; it was what I... Packaged arrived; it was what I ordered - so 5 stars. The only issues: I thought the package was originating from USA because the webpage I ordered the items from had a Chicago contact number (I was a little surprised when I saw it was coming from France and it would take several weeks). Package tracking was good until it arrived in the US - then there was no tracking at all (couldn't estimate what day it would arrive). This is somewhat important where I live as people steal packages left on doorsteps - so I like to be home when an expected package arrives.

Bestelnummer 225643. Op de site staat 3-5 dagen levertijd. Inmiddels drie weken verder en artikel staat nog steeds op �in behandeling�. Twee keer gemaild en twee keer een Copy Paste bericht terug gekregen dat het nog 3-5 werkdagen duurt. Slechte zaak!

My puzzles arrived a day late but UPS admitted the mistake was theirs. 1001 modelkits kept me out date all the way along and the puzzles were well packed. Delivery price was very reasonable since the puzzles came from France and delivery was very quick (UPS allowing).I'll happily shop with them again.

The only problem was not knowing by what means the shipment arrived: in the end it came by ""Correos""" from Barcelona.... but nobody told me...One fine day we found the package in my name and that was it...more than the delivery time, we should insist on informing the agency-company in charge of the delivery of the shipment.

I bought six items on 19-09-20 under number 50AGD19ZL and received only five last week ! Three days ago I spoke to an English speaking lady of your customer service who told me that in your system only two items were sent to me????. According to you I should still receive three items while I am missing one Z6217 ( British 25lb howitzer) I was supposed to receive a refund voucher by mail but haven't received it yet! Your administration is apparently a chaos and you are totally not customer friendly!
