Everything is perfect at 1001 Maquettes. Small suggestion: From the Orne department I ordered a Skyraider model for my brother in the Gers. The information about these models in general specifies that the box contains neither glue nor paint. For the glue, it's easy to say. Change of address not taken into account on the site. My parcel was therefore lost and returned to sender, despite my numerous emails and calls to the Colissimo service to change my address. After a week on the phone with a 1001 maquettes advisor who assured me that he would send me an order right away, I've been waiting 15 DAYS for my parcel! This is unacceptable! Competitor sites (like OupsModel, for example) will be delighted to help me.

I ordered enamel paint for my son and I ordered an item from China. My order from China arrived but I still haven't received my item from 1001 model kit. I phoned the customer service team who basically didn't care and were very rude. I will not be purchasing from them again due to me having to go out and purchase the items again for my son to finish his college project. In short poor service rude customer service and a dont care attitude. Customer service at its worst May I also add that it states a delivered from date and not a delivered by date on your website which states at the moment delivered from 26/09/18 so reply is untrue

I bought the Airfix A01005 kit thinking after seeing the pictures on the site that I would receive the 2011 kit by buying the relevant colors accordingly. However, I received the most recent kit which therefore requires other colors.
