perfect product for my needs! the only problem is that I have to pay for delivery except for 5900 euros in costs compared to 1 order delivered free of charge that I would have to move to get it in 1 relay point 20km from my home. I think this is abuse because AMAZON delivers free of charge to me as a premium member for 49 euros for the year. if you adopt this policy you will be competitive with some of your articles. to be seen....Cordialeme

I am very disappointed with the responsiveness of the parcel delivery service. A parcel was supposed to arrive within 4 days, but I've been waiting 14 days to receive it. I was able to contact customer service by phone, but the person I spoke to just told me that the parcel was blocked by mondial relay, without offering any solution or even contacting me since. I'm still grateful for the wide choice offered by the site, but this big problem has changed my mind.
