No comms from Vendor until PayPal intervened We did eventually receive the product we ordered. However at first this vendor took the money, sent us an invoice then.. Nothing. After a few days we contacted the vendor asking what was happening. No response. We contacted them again. No response. Finally we resorted to opening a PayPal complaint in order to get a refund. The response was then instantaneous. Multiple emails kept us informed up until the point the goods turned up.

After ordering 8 items on this site, I received the parcel 5 days later by Colissimo. What a surprise to see that I only had half of my order... The delivery note stipulated the total amount of my order. I called 1001 Maquettes to find out if all this was normal, and the advisor promised to keep me informed of what had happened. The next day, with no news, I decided to call again. The logistician calls me a liar... However, the advisor re-ordered the missing items. 5 days later, the post office called to tell me that my parcel had been opened and that there was only one item left. I call 1001 Maquettes again and they trigger a new order... Which turned out to be the right one. 4 weeks for items in stock. bravo 1001maquettes!! everything is impeccable.!!! the hardest part is determining the color of the pots on your own screen. because in reality, the color always differs a little. the ideal would be to have a color chart representing all the colors associated with the existing table of refs.

orders always take a long time to arrive, and this isn't the first time I've reported this.

Onbetrouwbaar Heel erg slecht! Zo lang het goed gaat en er geen vragen zijn en/of bestellingen aankomen niets aan de hand. Zodra een bestelling niet aankomt dan duurt het weken (echt waar, weken) voordat ze je vraag (waar blijven de spullen?) in behandeling nemen. Het antwoord komt dan niet verder dan: 'we hebben het weken geleden gestuurd'. Ondertussen ben ik al weer twee maanden bezig om of de spullen te krijgen of mijn geld terug. De laatste 15 dagen hebben ze echter niet meer gereageerd op mijn mails. Ik zou er niets kopen. Je loopt de kans dat je je geld kwijt bent.
