Awful service Good were only shipped after nearly 2 weeks ( despite showing as in stock ), they were only shipped after I said to cancel the order. Up until that point all I was getting told was that the goods will be sent soon. Furthermore the goods weren't sent by royal mail but by hermes , they very rarely deliver down my road. Oh and the items were left on my doorstep.

delivery time too long and explanations of delivery times anything but clear: order validation time + delivery time expressed in working days + delivery time. In the end, an order placed on 82 was delivered on 202. By the way, I ordered a Humbrol (HU033) enamel paint and received an acrylic paint.

Great follow-up and item received in good order. Fairly slow from order to receipt, but kept informed of shipping progress at regular intervals. Item arrived well packaged and damage free. Great catalog from 1001 Modelkits, masses of figures to choose from and my request was met. Only one manufacturer and one set of figures out of 3,000 met my needs and 1001 Modelkits had it and supplied. Well done guys!!.

to give a correct grade, you'd have to have received the package....who's wandering where? the carrier got it, then didn't...so whose fault is that? it's clear to me that I won't be making any more purchases from 10001 ...because it was supposed to arrive within 3 to 4 days... and now it's double..... so who's taking me for a fool? the deliveryman or 1001 maquettes ....who was supposed to give it as a gift to a kid tomorrow night? now it's ruined... I can't take it anymore!

Product ordered and never received. I was always the one who had to ask for news: the company is not responsive at all in responding to emails. Fortunately paid by PayPal and therefore refunded. I waited over a month to write this review to give the company a chance to fix the problem--not even an apology from them.... I rarely leave reviews but in this case I was taken for a ride so it seems only fair to let them know.

For a basic order (all the items ordered were supposed to be in stock) it took me 6 phone calls and several messages to get the situation sorted out, as the site announced that the order was being prepared but not dispatched. The reason given was that certain products were not in stock (I repeat that everything was in stock at the outset). After more than a month, the order was finally received. That's a long time! I'm not a grudge-holder, I'll place another order to see if I can get it.
