For my part, I find this site to be a real dud. I order three articles all in stock in the category""accessoires train"". Still no delivery after 23 days. Sent three emails with no reply. Impossible to contact them by phone as the customer service number is a disc which asks you to contact them by email (to which they do not reply). I make a claim via Paypal on Friday and miraculously on Monday I'm told that an item is missing and I'm offered a credit note or the possibility of ordering other accessories. I replied that I was no longer interested and asked for my order to be cancelled. Once again, they turned a deaf ear and sent me my order with a credit note, which did not include shipping costs. (forced sale) Given the small sums involved, and to put an end to this spiral, I ordered other accessories for the amount of the credit note, again with shipping costs at my expense. I've just received my second order after 15 days. In the meantime, to make sure I didn't miss my grandson's birthday, I ordered from l'atelier du train, which I received in three days.

I ordered an item from the store on 21.10.2016. This was reported to me on 24.10.2016 as shipped but unfortunately has not arrived until today 07.11.2016. Something like this does not have to be the fault of the model store. What is annoying, however, is that my attempts to contact the seller - apart from an automated reply - were simply ignored. So I have no goods and with this type of customer service it will be extremely difficult to get back the money I have already paid. I should probably close the account I created...

That says it all!!! I was able to chat on the site and get advice on the choice of products. The package was prepared and shipped very quickly (delivery received two days before the scheduled date). Trustworthy seller and I have no regrets about my purchase, which I will certainly repeat.

The only downside concerns the Mondial Relay service, in that when you try to track your parcel, either the system replies that it can't find it, or it's overloaded. Otherwise, I'd like to thank the entire 1001 Maquettes team for their service and the attention they gave me during the various stages of my order.

Order placed on 1610. Delivery estimated between 1710 and 2010 according to the site. Some of the items in my order were mentioned as having a 10 to 12 day lead time. Today is 111, a public holiday, but the 12 working days have passed and despite 2 reminders by e-mail, no response. No news of the order. Good choice of products but not serious about delivery times and customer information. And from reading the various reviews, I'm far from being a good customer.

Hello I ordered a Jouef starter set on this site and now some parts are missing from the box. I contacted them and found young people who know absolutely nothing about model railroading. I don't think I'd recommend this site to anyone or that I'd order it myself.
