Very good, fast and careful shipment

My son received a model as a gift. We searched several sites for paints for this model and the best site on which we found all the references and quickly are on *1001 maquettes*. Delivery was fast and the quality of the products is very high.

order and payment on 0309 delivery on 3009... Missing a reference which is not indicated in the delivery note but no explanation and no response from customer service despite numerous reminders. I no longer order from this site

After almost a month and a half I am still waiting for my order. I would not worry if there was communication but after several failed attempts to contact them by email to know their status I decided to open a dispute with Paypal because it seemed to me that they were teasing me. Needless to say they have not even responded to the dispute but luckily Paypal is responsive and I am confident that I will at least receive my money back.

1001 were very efficency and kept us up to date with our order. 1001 acted promptly to let us know our order was out of stock and offered an alternative and refunded our money when we didn't want a replacement but l will definitely use them again .

What A RIP OFF I paid £26.00 for what I thought was a Supermarine Spitfire T9 two seat trainer with decals model kit, but turns out I paid £26.00 for badly detailed and moulded bits of plastic. I now have to purchase a Supermarine Spitfire MK 9 model kit to obtain the model I thought I was purchasing. They need to make it very clear on the website that you will be paying of OVERPRICED bits of plastic.

3 weeks of delay in delivery and when I wanted to return the order (after 2 emails) I was told that it was no longer possible.

Good the 10th of this month I made 2 orders also quite high price to reach the canary islands total that I do not care because it was for a birthday gift which has already passed dates you andais dissatisfied with the disappointments that you produce in your customers but we and I especially in my case besides taking quite the order that in the end it does not matter as long as it arrives in favorable conditions you are not able to answer me through the web messages that I sent that are not few and also important. important One was for the selection of colors that I wanted for the model which supposedly I can choose and I put which I wanted with their respective reference numbers total that you passed everything and you sent me the colors that you considered the next problem is the tracking of my order through DHL to say that the order is not found anywhere I asked you where I could look at it and again you ignore my question that I have to think that my order drifts to know in what conditions it will arrive and when it will arrive? I don't understand anything but if out of 20 people 19 consider the management of the company to be bad, then we are not the ones who are unfair but you are.

I placed an order at the beginning of July and the parcel never arrived. After checking with the site at the end of August, they offered to cancel my order. And this day the 09-09-16 they announce me that refunding cannot be made since the parcel would have arrived the 20-07-16........ I advise you not to place order on this site. today 24-12-16 In spite of a registered letter to the manager no answer.

Decal order Not happy with the service.....after seeing and paying one price for decals, my invoice for billing showed a higher price of about $4.50 higher than should have been....They said orders will be shipped in about 6-8 days after receving. which was on Aug 17,...its now been over 2 weeks and my order says its still being processed...I have written them twice asking about my order and as of yet no reply..I understand it comes out of France, but there should be some connection here...Customer service is a 617 area code...so NOT HAPPY WITH SERVICE AT ALL!!!!!!
