Hello, this concerns an order I placed and confirmed on 1112 (7am) for a product that was in stock (5 copies: copy made). After a few days, the order remained frozen. I contacted them again by e-mail on 1612 and was told the same day that the item was missing and should be received today or tomorrow, and that the order would be dispatched immediately. The parcel was received on 2012. Question: what would have happened if I hadn't contacted them again? - How is it possible to display and sell a product (stock unchanged to date) and not have the item in the store? - Do (toy) companies know that Christmas is on December 25? Obviously, if I had been informed that the item was missing, I would have ordered elsewhere. I understand that it's not easy to manage orders during the festive period, but that doesn't allow for elastic stock management.

After 16 days after the order (paid) I still have not received anything (not even the tracking code of the shipment) and in the face of my request for explanation after 5 days I still have not received a response.

I ordered last summer and have not received anything. I have been waiting 6 months or more for my money back. However, every model builder knows that it does take time to get items. My items actually came in a few days earlier than expected. That made me happy, happy, happy. They do have models that are hard to find. All this together makes it a great experience and I will be ordering from them again in the near future.

I consider 1001 models very well stocked and clear in the structure of the site. If I may make one remark it concerns the field of color sales: rather than indicating the type of color (sometimes too general) it would be the case to enter the number of each individual color since in the assembly packs the shade is not indicated but almost always the code number.

Excellent buying experience, good order tracking. Only regret is that delivery is not quicker.
