Hello I am still waiting for a package that I ordered on October 3 from 1001 maquetas.es. It is a Nissan GTR that was for a gift. Of course I have looked terrible since the birthday has already been celebrated two weeks ago and as of today October 22nd I still have not received it...they have not even given me the order number. I am always satisfied with my purchases from 1001 Maquettes, which respects internet sales protocol.

It is a scam. I bought a plane to assemble in the ad it said: Plane to assemble and color with decals included and but paint and glue not included. They sent me with 5 days delay only the decals. I contacted them and after asking me for pictures of the package they were never heard from again. I researched my purchase and found out that the plane I had purchased was worth 230 euros and that they intentionally deleted the messages I had sent them to verify (prior to purchase) whether it was a decals or a plane to be built (their response was that it was a plane to be assembled and built). I after this experience have reported them to the POSTAL POLICE and will not efetuer more purchases with these people.

Hello Personally passionate about models since the age of 7 (I'm going on 50...) I must have built more than a thousand of almost every kind. Mainly planes from the Dewoitine 520 or Morane 406 to the F14 for example, but also ships (the Strasbourg, the Richelieu...) My 10 year old daughter wanted to try the experience. Hence my order. On the other hand, over the years I had managed to acquire the entire Mirage III F1 and 2000 collection. Unfortunately, following a fire, I lost it all. Can you give me some references that I can't find anymore (for example: the Miarge III C by Esci or Italeiri?) I'll be very grateful.

it's hard to find a more complete site for model builders, and it's pretty easy to use. On the price side, some brands of aircraft kits are still a bit expensive, so keep an eye on them.

Under an attractive sign and a site that falsely puts you in confidence, you're quickly fooled 1 product supposedly available and shipped within 4 to 6 days that you're still waiting for after almost 2 months a non-existent customer service (no phone) despite several requests for explanations by email that are only answered by pre-formatted automatic messages advising you that we'll get back to you as soon as possible. We're still waiting""sérieu"! to be avoided at all costs. To top it all off, they don't hesitate to send you advertising reminders for hypothetical future orders, offering you your next shipping costs when they're not even able to honor your initial order. Too kind. Oh yes, I almost forgot, the undelivered order was quickly cashed. Bi

Excellent repertoire of static models of all the best firms on the market ( Dragon Tamiya Trumpeter Bronco...) at honest prices. The site is very well organized to meet the customer's request needs. The only weak point is the lack of some prominent firms such as Alpine Miniatures. Overall a good place to do business and continue your passion!

Unfortunately, this rating is very poor. I ordered an AGM 109 kit in the last week of July 2014 and paid in advance. Then the wait began. Although I was able to track the shipment in the shipment tracking system, the last station where the parcel was stored simply did not deliver. I managed to contact DHL by telephone. In response, they told me when I would finally receive the parcel the next day. After seven weeks, I now held it in my hand. This extremely long delivery time was caused by the fact that my surname was misspelled although this was not my first order. Although I had described this problem to 1001modellbau several times, they only ever referred me to DHL, which transported the shipment. Even the cancellation of my order was ignored by 1001modellbau. I am no longer sure whether I will order anything from 1001modellbau again. Andreas

I ordered two kits 2 months ago which were available according to the store and were marked green. I had paid with Paypal and then received an e-mail that the kits were not available and had to be ordered. I was put off for weeks with emails and have now canceled the order and would like my money back. A credit note should be issued but I have still not received the amount back. The store has not contacted me. I am now going to the police and reporting them for fraud.

although I am still waiting a few weeks for 3 ordered items I consider your COMPANY very competent and high seriousness!
