I bought a model I could not find on other sites (SM.79 Classic Airframes 148). The model is very nice for us Italians a classic (unfortunately not produced by Italian firms in this scale). The service was optimal package well made and delivered on time tracking on time and easy to find on the site. Also the price seemed to me more than good and the shipping costs average. The site is great and very well stocked only note I noticed that some prices are above average and some below. Also convenient is the shopping cart which is not deleted as is the case with other sites. allowing for additions and rethinks without rushing.

Nearly 10 days after the order still nothing received after more than 2h30 of telephone waiting enamelled of several hang-ups to the systematic nose one deigns finally to speak to me by making me well understand that I e them ..... Unacceptable sales and delivery behaviour. Ghostly after-sales service, abusive shipping costs, in short, a seller to be avoided. Pay him preferably with paypal in case of problem possibility to open a dispute is to hope for a refund If the package is lost. With paypal, if a dispute arises, the seller must provide proof of shipment. However, 1001 shipments seem to be random and not their main concern, so taking a few precautions is essential, and it's not over yet. After 2 complaints, 1 phone call and 1 e-mail, they promise delivery but forget to say when. I'm afraid I've invested too much and never receiving my model seems extremely risky.

A truck must have driven over it (see attached photos!). You can no longer build a model from this kit! Since I paid in advance via paypal including the transportation costs, I expect a delivery in proper condition. What happens now? I expect a reply e-mail from you immediately. I ordered on January 17th. I was debited on January 17. 5 calendar days (3 working days) later, on January 22, I received an e-mail stating that your order no. 32571 had been dispatched and that you would be receiving it shortly. On January 31, there was no delivery notice, no delivery, no news. Your telephone service does not answer you are unreachable. Hello, since you're asking for my opinion, here it is: I'm surprised that I haven't received my order yet, since I've placed orders for similar products on other sites and they've already been delivered. On the other hand, I'd like to congratulate you on being much quicker than your competitors when it comes to direct debit. However, I hope that I'll be delivered, even if I won't be taking legal action for a small loss.

Order 32661 dated January 21, 2014. The kit arrived on February 6 after a full 16 days despite being marked as immediately available and shipped with DHL. Above all, communications with the customer are deficient: responses to my numerous e-mails about the status of the order have always arrived several days late. One does not run an e-commerce site this way: a customer should be informed promptly especially if his shipment is delayed for any reason.

8 days to prepare the order is a long, long time. Order placed on January 12 and shipped on January 20. We are on the 28th and still no receipt or notice of default.

Their response was ""It appears that two of the products you have ordered is unavailable and unfortunately we do not know when it will be again. Following your request, we will refund USD 48,49 on your credit card or Paypal account.""At no point did I ask for a refund nor was there ever a refund! I ended up having to open a Paypal dispute that was escalated to a claim which I was awarded the money. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS ONLINE RETAILER-THEY ARE NOTHING BUT LIARS AND THIEVES!

Payment was accepted 1701 for 4 colors I can understand that it is not a major expense but it is not acceptable the site is well structured easy and there is a lot of choice . I remain waiting for someone to answer me ..... Luke
