I ordered the item from both places. 1001 Modelkits kept in regular communication with me, indicating when the item would be shipped and when it was shipped. It arrived in perfect shape within a reasonable period of time. The other seller has not communicated with me, and I still have not received the item. Based on this experience, I hope I have the occasion to do business with 1001 Modelkits in the future.

I placed an order for two items after a reminder 10 days later and still had not received the parcel. After the 3rd message, I was told that one item was not available in the color I had ordered. Having accepted, I received my parcel but I only had one article out of two. I was told that they didn't know when it would be available. I was therefore charged on the date of my order and to this day there is still no sign of life from customer service. I strongly advise against ordering

the products ordered on December 20 (by colissimo) did not arrive until January 3, 2013...after calling and telling me it would arrive before the end of 2012 and one of the paints is totally unusable because more water than paint...at least my son liked the models although no indications or advice on the boxes about the paints Ã
