The products ordered are perfect. Packages well secured and protected. All in all, nothing to complain about. On the other hand, delivery times are often far too long (sometimes up to 4 weeks). Whereas the same products can be delivered on eBay or elsewhere in ten days or less.

I ordered from Germany and have received the goods [not yet unpacked - but I'm assuming the best :-) ] The price for the product on the website was in line with the competition. What bothered me, however: a) It was nowhere obvious to me that shipping from France would be involved.
b) An inquiry to customer service was answered after 5 days, but that wasn't the most child-friendly answer either.
c) My order then arrived with a good week's delay (after a 10-day wait).
So all in all, at least it worked. But really good is different. The customer experience is probably different again in France, but I think it's still a bit difficult to ship to Germany.
