Product arrived broken after taking almost a month to arrive. Emailed customer service on march 1st, got a response saying someone would get back to me (most likely automated) and still haven’t gotten a response on march 17th. Product cost me $30 with shipping, very disappointed. The mug was a gift for my dad and we still haven’t even heard anything about if they will send a replacement or refund me. Do not recommend.

The whole process was very complicated. You should keep a closer eye on incoming payments and cancelations. Too bad. Your selection is great, but the logistics are very poor, and the reminder for orders that have long since been paid for is also bad. It's cheeky and annoying. It's unnecessary.
