Shipping is a little expensive. Took a long time from placing order to Shipping....but once it shipped it was quick. Product arrived in one piece. Customer service was helpful too.

Very disappointed with the poor customer service. The kit was posted to the wrong address despite me correcting the address with them THREE times. and asking them to verify that they had the correct adress. All of this was done before the package was posted.
After shipping to the wrong address 1001 hobbies washed their hands of it when I contacted them. It was left to me to retrive the package at additional cost.
Very poor service. I will never order from them again.

The delivery with problems of Correos. The worst of all has been the product. Box without any seal. Only two pieces of tape. Loose pieces out of its matrix and out of its plastic bag. Pieces half assembled with glue remains. In the adhesive sheet have been cut some remaining in place the gap. Sincerely I have the feeling of having suffered a scam. I send you an email with photos that show that this is a product that has been manipulated by a previous customer and returned to you. It is the first time I buy from you and I hope a response giving an explanation to what happened.
