I am a fan of building aircraft models mostly 1/32 in size. 1001hobbies has a lot of models convenient online shopping reasonable prices and good customer interaction.

Leuk kado voor mijn vader eindigt in maanden contact zoeken met 1001modelbouw Begin maart een bouwdoos besteld. Ik kreeg geen mail dat de bestelling rond was. Alleen op de site zag ik dat de transactie geslaagd was. Na 3 weken heb ik ze gemaild met de vraag waar het bleef. Vervolgens 5 dagen later antwoord gehad, waar ik helemaal niks mee kon. Daarna nog 3x contact gezocht via de mail (want het buitenlandse nummer op de site doet het natuurlijk niet...) Geen reactie. Ik wil gewoon mijn geld terug en ik bestel hier NOOIT MEER. En als ik u was zou ik dat ook niet doen. Oplichters!

Still nothing received

Order placed on March 30, everything was displayed in stock 4 days later items on hold and for 6 days now I have been told that my order has been sent by colissimo and colissimo tells me that they will soon receive the parcel to be delivered to me. A month late for a delivery announced several times as having left! Misleading message from Customer Service. In short, a big disappointment

I ordered a TRX4 CHASSIS KIT on 23032020 with mode in 3 payments. The package is supposed to have been shipped on 11042020. To date? A (bleep). Sent several emails with always the same answer: ""will arrive shortly!"" I'll tell you what will arrive shortly na nice complaint complete with compensation!!! But for what (bleep) reason do you give availability if you do not have the goods in stock? Poiho paid an extra fee for shipping with tracking but the site (courier used by you) does not show me the location of the package having as message : the package will be delivered there shortly!!! Can you explain to me then why it is showing as SHIPPED? I give you maximum next week as time then starts the communication by legal way!!!!! PS: I can't give more than 3 stars sorry! The central problem was first securing the sale and then calmly sending the kit once they had it in stock! Unprofessional..... I recommend you to change supplier and courier.

I had no problem with the shipping and I ordered it at the height of COVID-19. I took the standard shipping and it arrived the next day after the deadline indicated on the website. I read some reviews of shipping failures but it has not been my experience.

Bit late response but great explanation and Neat delivery

Delivery from 25.03.20 has still not arrived. No one can be reached by phone. There is no response to the second and subsequent emails. Once and never again.

Unreliable site!!! They give the possibility to order everything and then they don't have the availability in stock and they don't know when the new goods arrive. Of 4 puzzles they will send me maybe one after more than a month of waiting and only because I inquired otherwise who knows how many months I would have to wait. SHAME!!! VERY BAD SERVICE

15 days after payment the goods have not yet been assigned to the courier I wonder how they do all lucky customers who complain only 2 days delay at most 3 you see I was unlucky or maybe ... bah...I keep waiting for Update: Package arrived ""only"" 18 days after order very ruined outer wrapper and inside a pitiful packaging many of the boxes had damage. Today, April 21st, the order of April 3rd has not arrived. When it arrives it will remain closed and at the end of the confinement I will return it for a refund. No information. Nothing.
