I have mixed feelings about my experience. My two the witcher figurines did indeed arrive. However, the care taken with the package was minimal, with only the two boxes of figurines bound together with black film. Fortunately, there was no damage except for a slight dent on one of the boxes. What's more, we receive far too many e-mails, no doubt to give the illusion that your order will reach you in record time. However, 1001 maquettes sells us a dream when it displays in stock on a product. This product will in fact be in stock when they buy it from another site. I have nothing to say about the product, which was sent to me very promptly, but I find the customer relations department far too insistent. Follow-up emails before buying + 4 other emails to give my opinion. A total of ten e-mails for a purchase of €10!

I ordered enamel paint for my son and I ordered an item from China. My order from China arrived but I still haven't received my item from 1001 model kit. I phoned the customer service team who basically didn't care and were very rude. I will not be purchasing from them again due to me having to go out and purchase the items again for my son to finish his college project. In short poor service rude customer service and a dont care attitude. Customer service at its worst May I also add that it states a delivered from date and not a delivered by date on your website which states at the moment delivered from 26/09/18 so reply is untrue

Long lead time between order placement and receipt of order

Excellent items. Too bad not to find in the catalog model propeller planes such as Macchi Mc 416 Piaggio P.148 Fiat G.59 SIAI S.240 aircraft certainly no longer operational but which I would have liked in my collection. Considering QualityPrice the cost is perhaps a tad exaggerated.

Reception too long despite good coli packaging

Hello Many e-mails for nothing no delivery despite a cash payment by Paypal with fees. I am still waiting to receive my order. Sorry, orders placed in Europe or all over the world are honored.
