The treatment has been excellent but the delivery time of the material is taking too long.

4 items ordered on 1508 announced in stock and finally dispatched on 0309 for receipt on 0509... Like many others, I've noticed that the packaging leaves something to be desired (simply filmed) and that one of the 4 boxes ordered is open (open seals, parts outside the bags = missing parts?). If you want to offer something as a gift, be sure to order in advance (in my case, I missed my nephew's birthday and had to buy something else as a back-up). Customer support answers the phone well, yes. But it's a problem with our logistician"". As for the return order form inside, nothing to do with what I ordered. The return is going to be complicated. In short, for me it's a failure, and frankly a shame.

Hello I would like to give my opinion but my parcel ordered on 78 has still not arrived. 3 delivery point changes with Mondial Relay. Normally I'd pick it up today: it's 1:45 pm and still not delivered.

nothing to complain about, just a small problem with the packaging of the order. A bubble-wrap envelope with 8 cans of paint inside... it's a miracle they weren't crushed or damaged.
