Why does it take 10 days from the time of my order (30 July) for you to pull two small sheets of decals from your stocks put them in an envelope and mail them? Why did you not forward to me the tracking number of my order as you said you would do? Why did you omit CALIFORNIA from my address that I gave you? Why did you include my postal code mixed in with a bunch of other numbers making it very difficult to know where the package was going? This probably explains why it took another 16 days from the time you put the package in the mail to the time I received it yesterday (25 Aug)

I ordered an item and received it damaged. Sent pictures and still have to return the item to France. No names given of who to contact only Customer Service Dept.! The item was not that much money but I did ask for a refund. The item was a vacuum formed canopy that is easily crushed and was sent in an envelope! Should have been in a box. Not a good experience. Ken

a little disappointed with the reception of my order 4 models ordered on 25718received 3 models on 23718 1° non respect of the delivery time 2° incomplete order 3° packing shipment suffered from the tansportwith the consequences that can be guessed. i keep my confidence in youdespite these small hassles hoping that these worries will not have any resonnance in my future ordersin which case my preference will go to other suppliers.

After cancelling my order (179392) because of the delays they told me the amount to be refunded and I accepted. That was the 24052018. Today 19082018 I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE MONEY BACK. I sent an email on 11072018 which has not been answered. I am very disappointed
