Upset...disappointed. I am very upset. When I ordered, the website said delivery by Dec 23rd. I ordered a gift on December 9th! I still have not received it and it is now Dec 24th. It was a sentimental gift from the kids to their father. The website should have said Christmas delivery not guaranteed instead it said 'in stock, delivered by Dec 23rd.' I would have ordered it somewhere else. Poor customer service!

I bought a tank for my father, and it seems to be aesthetically very correct. The positive comments from other buyers made me decide. Received on time. Well packed. I'm waiting for him to assemble it and if he's happy, I'll buy again from this site, which keeps me well informed about the progress of the shipment. Tres serie

BUT THE DELIVERY SERVICE was long and not optimal: I followed the route from France to Italy and saw that the package traveled in France in as many as 4 destinations ... until it arrived in Normandy then in Bergamo in Milan and finally in my city. So very long delivery time ...

Products ok and packaging ok but on a suggestion level maybe it would be worth stating more realistic delivery time ando packaging. It took more than 3 days for a prompt delivery model. I placed the order on December 8 to receive it on the 20th. It seems a tad excessive as a timeline. On a general level, however, I am satisfied.

Very good value for money but there is still room for improvement as far as delivery is concerned.

The items ordered arrived in perfect condition. On the other hand, the website contains errors and the explanations are inadequate. The biggest problem is the delivery time. The waiting time is far too long.

disappointed Hello, I ordered a 1/18 scale diecast (Signature) Studebaker Avanti. It took the better part of three week's to go from France to the United States (Wisconsin) When the carrier gave me the box I could hear a rattling noise inside, when I took the window box out I could see parts on the bottom of the box The complete front suspension was sheered off the car, both front wheels, there related spindles, and the tie rod. Now decision time, go thru all the B.S. to send it back, and then wait another month , or fix it my self. So I took the car apart and make a custom front suspension, it took me six hours. (This is what caused the destruction,) they must of packed the window box on a Friday night. They simply put the window box inside a bigger box with nothing to protect it. no bubble wrap, no foam peanuts. not even the local rag, no fragile tape on the outside (NOTHING) no wonder it was so severely damaged. I was looking forward to working with a company in France, but frankly I couldn't afford it.
