However, the site needs to improve the detail of the information provided on the products, e.g.: model to be assembled, always specify the number of parts contained in the box to better judge the difficulty, especially in the case of the "P".

Terrible customer service Terrible customer service. I never got my tracking number, the "customer service" line was a joke. High shipping costs, and slow shipping. Archaic website, and terrible experience. Save yourself time, money and frustration and stay away from these crooks.

For my first order, I'm satisfied with the equipment I bought. The only complaint I have is that you deliver within 24 hours, but I waited 8 days and sent a complaint by e-mail. Refund in the form of a credit note, but not including shipping costs for a new order...
