I placed an order for batteries in November 2016 .2 months later nothing and ONLY one reply to my emails telling me to wait.....Who are they kidding? I don't even know if I'll be reimbursed, because in my misfortune I trusted them and paid right away, and 1001 maquettes cashed in right away..... Avoid this merchant site which hides thieves since they cash in without honouring the order or informing you of the follow-up. I'm furious and unhappy because I was hoping for these batteries for the children.

Order Wasn't Even Processed I placed an order on November 25, 2016 and paid for it in full the same day. As of January 8, 2017 the order has yet to be processed and shipped. No response from Customer Service after 2 emails.

I ordered an item on December 4th and paid via Pay Pal. On my request on Dec. 24th I got the note that the request would be forwarded to customer service - I am still waiting for the goods or a reaction or any feedback from customer service

I make a few models.I just discovered 1001 maquettes through a model that was given to me as a Christmas gift.I had the opportunity to call 1001 maquette for paint supply problems not available on their website.I was surprised by the kindness and professionalism of my interlocutor who immediately solved my problem.What can I say other than that 1001 maquettes is a great company to work with.

Ich bestellte am 4.12.16 einen Artikel und habe direkt per Pay Pal bezahlt. Auf meine Anfrage am 24.12. wann ich denn Endlich die Lieferung bekäme erhielt ich die Info mein Anliegen werde an den Kundenservice weitergeleitet.... ich warte immernoch vergebens auf ein Feedback bzw. eine Reaktion oder bestenfalls auf die Lieferung......Ich kann die guten Bewertungen über diese Firma nicht nachvollziehen. RESULTAT NACH ÜBER SECHS WOCHEN: In KW32017 erhielt ich eine e-mail des Kundenservice O-To""anscheinend"" sei der Artikel vergriffen und man überweist den Rechnungsbetrag zurück. Und für diese Erkenntnis braucht es über 1.12 Monate??!! Für mich nicht nachvollziehbar

I easily found what I wanted and took the opportunity to see what I might be interested in next. The only drawback is that Mondial Relay doesn't always communicate about parcel delivery: I'm still waiting for the message telling me that my parcel has been delivered.

I ordered on March 7, 2016 an item received on March 8, 2016. Nothing to say about the shipment with Mondial Relais. Nickel tracking. On the other hand, when I received the product (not immediately opened), I was surprised to find that the photo-cut-out part of the enhancement kit was missing. I sent an e-mail and was asked to send a photo. Which I didn't do, since a photo can be faked (by not photographing the missing part, for example ^^). That's why I was wondering about the special offers on 1001 maquettes: Have the promotional items already been opened as after-sales service ^^ and unscrupulously put back on sale without informing the customer that the item has been opened and may be missing parts? I hesitate to recommend you...

I had a lot of trouble tracking the package because after opening an account with you I was told that I hadn't placed any orders every time I went to the "My orders" section, even though paypal had acknowledged receipt of my purchase and cashed the money. Impossible to contact you on the support phone and it was only after 2 emails that I heard from you - customer relations need to be improved. Otherwise the parcel arrived in good condition and in the right place.

Maybe not the cheapest but definitely one of the best stocked and fastest on the web market.... I use it when I need something particular and it has never disappointed.

The delivery took about 2 weeks, which I thought was a bit lengthy. I would definitely use them again, however.
