Great sevice for hard to find or out of stock items I needed some detail parts for a project and these folks had what I needed at affordable prices. Now keep in mind that your order ships from France so be patent unless you pay for the more expensive shipping option. Now the 8/08/16. It's a long few days and still no reply to direct emails and no refund. I would advise you to be wary of this company and shop around. I ordered 2 kits on behalf of my son only to find out the next day that I had ordered the wrong kits. I immediately emailed details cancelling my order and asked for a reply confirming this. Ten days later and after quite a few emails done through the website contact us page as instructed I hve heard nothing, The onle email I have had was one stating......Your order is currently being processed. We are waiting for a product currently being brought by one of our providers. You will be notified as soon as your order is sent. Not the best customer service team. I suspect they want my £83.
