hello in my order of early march 2014 i ordered a model (the order summary is correct and the invoice too) but it's another one that i received ... i sent a message to [email protected] but no answer! The problem is that what was delivered to me was part of a previous order and so I have a duplicate box which I don't have.

very good site on which I was able to find my paint pots when I was making models ... Delivery a little long ... Nothing to complain about, it's perfect

waste of time and money Hey, I would like to share with you my worst buying experience I've had so far , here are the details of the case : I saw many publications in magazines of models building from about 1001modelkits.com , after I checked and compared prices and seeing positive reviews online I decided to try and do a purchase from them. the site seem very impressive and serious , with huge stock and tempting prices - including low postage. I made the purchase at 7.3.14 and according to the site terms it has been said that the shipment will be sent in no more than 48 hours. After several days that i did not received from them any email to document the purchase (which I usually get right away from my experience from buying in many websites) I contacted their customer service department and after a few days I received the following laconic message : "" Dear customer , Rest assured that we do our best to deliver our customers quickly. You will receive a tracking number as soon as the package is sent. Best regards, Customer service 1001modelkits"" Since the message said nothing about delivery time, estimated shipment or reason for the delay (all products were marked as available and in stock ) I tried to contact again to their customer service department with email's and direct messages to their online services but until now I did not get any response or any replay . this looks like just a scam to rub you out of your money!

CORRECT ITEM DESCRIPTION REASONABLE PRICES FAST SHIPPING

Order placed and paid on February 22 today March 6 is still in processing. Sent email but no one shows up!!!!

I already have two orders with you and I think I'll have more. The delivery was fast and careful and I received the parcel in less than a week in Guadeloupe at a fair price. It's always nice to see retailers send to here what the big online stores don't necessarily do.

I have tried to contact 1001maquetas several times without success. The only thing I have left before initiating a claim through the official channels is to explain my problem here to see if someone from the company sees it and contacts me. For that person I leave the order number: 32709. And the order was validated on January 23rd. Let's see if I have luck and soon I can write again that everything has been solved. F

Takes too long on delivery Supposed to be delivered from the States and found out that was shipped in France. Took 15 days, cost 1.5 € but i was charged $4. Besides that, I'm happy with the product.
