I have already sent two emails, one on January 23 at 5:15 PM and another on January 28 at 8:24 PM ([email protected] and [email protected]), to inform you that I only received 3 of the 4 kits I ordered. The missing kit is the "I Love Kit Ilov63502", a fully flexible M19 transporter. I do not understand how a company like yours could make the mistake of not checking the contents of the package. The box sent is too small to contain the four kits I ordered, as shown in the attached photos. And the box includes a document from your side identifying the 4 kits. This is absurd. I am an important customer of large European companies such as MN Modelar, MBK, and Opusmodels; Maquette Char Promo, Mig Jummenez, Ak, Model Plastic World, Plastmodel, Éxito, Super Hobby, among others, and I have never had such an experience as yours. I would like to know if you will send me the missing kit or if I will receive a refund.

Impossible to reach you by phone, I must necessarily open a ticket but for that I also need to create an account! A crazy story! I have never received the package nor a response; I feel scammed. The purchase was made before Christmas. I have sent numerous emails and have not received a reply. I am considering taking legal action for fraud. It is outrageous; I paid for the product and shipping.

The package never arrived, it was shipped to Paris, when I was expecting it in Rome, Italy, and despite my reports, I received no assistance from anyone, losing the package forever and without a refund. TERRIBLE!

The article arrived in perfect condition and complete. But be careful, because although it says there is stock, it is not real. It took almost 20 days to arrive, and I discovered that they had to wait to receive it from the factory. Other than that, everything is fine. The website has everything.

After waiting more than a month and a ton of emails, the order arrived. The page did not specify that it was unavailable. I'm sorry, I do not recommend it.

Figurine ordered on 18/12, displayed in stock and also shown as "delivered in 7 days" (also mentioned in the invoice), that is, on 25/12. Perfect for the holidays. On 25/12, no news of my order, I receive an email on 29/12 informing me that the figurine was specially ordered for me and that there is a delay with the supplier. I am promised in the same email a shipment for 09/01. On 13/01, still no news of my order, I send an email to customer service to find out where it stands and to request a refund for my order if it was not shipped by 19/01. Response by automatic message informing me that customer service is reorganizing and that the response time is a bit longer. Well, we are not at a week more, right? The person I wanted to give the figurine to will wait a bit longer! Finally, I receive the automatic email stating that the order was shipped on 15/01 and I received a response from customer service on 20/01, that is, after the delivery of the package... Although the prices are attractive, the seller does not keep the commitments he promises on his site: the stock is not accurate or up to date, the delivery times have not been respected, and the lack of information on the status of the order did not help at all. Unique and last time I order.

I do not recommend. Order placed on December 15 with estimated delivery on December 23. Package arrived on January 24, JANUARY !!

I still have not received the right product that I ordered

I haven't received my order and on top of that, a catastrophic customer service. I made a request on 15/01/2026 and today is 23/01/2026, still no response.

A delay of about 10 days for my order (apparently a supplier delay issue), but it arrived as expected and in good condition.

I ordered it at the beginning of December, before Christmas and I got it at the end of January.

Atrocious. Ordered three references in December, delivered late (clearly none in stock) and error on the third reference. Still trying to get a refund.

Received a message that my order has been shipped (a few weeks ago), but I haven't received anything yet. No updates. Also no updates on shifting the delivery dates of pre-orders. I will take legal action if they think they can keep my deposit indefinitely, and think they can get away with discounts/credits instead of a full refund of my money. I read in reviews that they think this is possible...

Pay 7 euros and it takes more than a week. Disaster

I have never said something like this about a company and I will surely feel bad but their customer service is crap.

Delivery times very, too important. On an order placed at the beginning of December, no news as of today, January 20. Email remained without the slightest response. Very upset, I will report to PayPal and alert consumer services!!!!

delivery delay problem with Chronopost. Following a message questioning on your platform, I never received a response.

It was delivered well, but 1 jar of paint was missing from the order.

Order placed at the beginning of December. Received in January. Out of 3 models ordered, only 2 have been received to date, one of which is a duplicate. One model is still missing and no response has been received since my complaint email.

About a month to receive the item... Given the delays, I want a refund... the item arrives and it's in the wrong scale! I can't understand if it's my fault or yours!!! I will no longer use this e-commerce!

Compliant with the order

my package was stuck for 6 days at the Chronopost sorting center. I paid for delivery fees and the requested service was not optimal. So, I am not happy with the service provided by Chronopost. On the other hand, regarding the ordered merchandise and its shipment, I congratulate 1001hobbies. Very good and I encourage future customers to honor their orders with this supplier.
