bonjour le service commande et expédition fonctionne relativement bien mais le service COMUNICATION est a revoir totalement je passe commande le 18/12 pour le 24/12 le 23/12 je reçois un message m'expliquant que ma commande est seulement "en préparation" du coup je vous répond par un message peu agressif car déçu et le demain matin m'on informe que mon colis m'attend dans mon point relais! doc in 12 hours you finalized my order, you deposited it with the carrier mondial relay and this one delivered it to my village you are magicians of internet sales!!! finally the main thing is that my grandson got his gift on time thank you

Amazing that a company that seeks so much feedback is so poor. Goods shown as in stock weren't, emails to customer service were ignored. Over a month from ordering to receiving my goods. Funniest thing was after leaving feedback on another site and making it clear I would never order from this company again, they sent me a code for a whole 10 euros off my next order!

The Roco model ordered arrives late, after two false delivery announcements by the SDA courier chosen by 1001 Hobbies for delivery.When the 'order arrives it does NOT work.I am forced several times to open it to check the contacts on the wheels.After each verification it works fine, but only for a short time. On the third verification it does NOT work anymore. I am forced to have the ordered locomotive repaired at my expense.
