Good in terms of choice but very approximate on the order tracking. The tracking link indicated in preparation, I have a message saying that the package will be delayed while the package is already at the relay. Communication on package tracking needs to be reviewed. There was no order confirmation nor order shipment email sent, order shipment tracking information was not available on line and two emails to 1001hobbies customer support requesting this information went unanswered.

I ordered by choosing express delivery, but my order arrived a week late, without any warning. I contacted customer service to request a refund, but I never received a response. You are here to do business, but with this lack of seriousness you have just lost a customer. Very disappointed by this lack of professionalism and communication.
