Hello, I've been to your site several times, it's complicated to do searches, it's easy to find yourself in sections you don't want. Nothing to say about the layouts, but the filters and so on, it's not the easiest site. Best regards.

Delivery takes too long. And I would like the size of all your models to be indicated in centimeters, not in scale. Everything else is fine.

Delivery came faster than expected, but I didn't get an order confirmation or delivery notification! So it was a surprise package!

Delivery times not respected, waiting too long I waited 2 months, because some suppliers, but in this case, please indicate on your site, unavailable, instead of indicating 4 working days!
so I would have ordered later!! some elements were missing, which I had ordered with paint that I had to buy elsewhere, on the other hand customer service is very courteous, and fast, which answered me where my order was. The paint, I have it in duplicate, it was expensive, I could not wait.

Ordered and arrived undamaged. Packaging great to protect the product. Only downside, lack of communication between order placed and delivery time not so fast. Needs improvement.

If you could have a little lower prices everything would be much better

Purchase and delivery was good. The model LCT moulding and instructions were very poor considering the price.but I think I should have been better warned about the import duty of £43 pounds it was not any where near this total cost of over £200 for a poor quality item.1001hobbies could do more to forewarn us I’m in 80s and not used to import duty charges especially when buying from what seemed to be a UK company. I feel I been had .

Packaging was very good. Fast delivery too. However, the paint bottles covered with warning labels, which when removed also rip the label off the bottle itself, are not great. I had to re-label all the paints by hand :/

You sent the package without indicating its contents or value on the customs document. As a result, Swiss customs blocked the parcel. I had to send them a copy of the order and proof of payment. This cost me 36.- CHF, so for an order of 53.00 € I paid over 115.- € including delivery and customs fees. Clearly, I'm not going to repeat the experience.

It's a pity that all the games were packaged in the same box, since they weren't all intended for the same person.

Hello The deplorable delivery, I was shouted at by the deliveryman, and the model the propellers broke.

Fast shipping, order conforms, but do not validate the delivery with mondial relay! Delivery not in the right place (50km from my home); packaging really destroyed! A bon entendeur !

Good but delivery a bit long

Our order arrived in two instalments - which we appreciated - but with a delay of over a month, which was not expected. Then, thanks to our telephone intervention, we were able to obtain satisfactory explanations. Our satisfaction is mixed.

Many items are not in stock. The delivery times indicated on the site are optimistic, as I have experienced 3 times. These times should be readjusted according to actual average times.

Very fast delivery despite the risk of delay. Miraculously arrived in good condition as the item was bouncing around in a MUCH TOO BIG box. Satisfied with my order but packaging to be improved!

Contrary to what some people say online, this is a real store, in Paris. As I like France a lot, I overlook the fact that I had to wait a long time for the goods to arrive. The fact is, an item was offered that was no longer in stock, but the fact is also that 1001hobbies took care of a subsequent delivery...

Very bad because they are supposed to have delivered the package to someone other than me.

I paid $45.99 extra for express shipping to make sure the order arrived before I left the address I was at at the time. When I remembered to check, 1001hobbies never sent it. I emailed to cancel the order because I would not be at that address by the time it would arrive - in fact I would be out of the country, but instead of cancelling the order, they happily announced that they just sent it. I complained again after it arrived, explaining again the situation and saying now I have bother a friend and pay international shipping if I want it order. I also said I would never order from them again. So 1001hobbies replied offering me free shipping on my next order! So just a play to get more money out of me instead of compensating me for my extra expenses. Very unpleasant experience and I do not at all recommend this company.

Be careful to use packaging that matches the contents. An airplane wing is light, so the cardboard is thin, BUT fragile !!!!! The cardboard was split 15 cm down the middle ..... Miraculously, the wing was in a very thin but intact plastic film. A stroke of luck.
