Too long waiting time for the ordered goods (longer than a week!). After the invoice was received and a DHL tracking number was assigned to the shipment, it has now been 3 days and the transport service still hasn't picked it up! Unbelievable!

You buy something they say they have in stock and it's a lie, they order it from their suppliers and in summary, it takes more than a month for the package to arrive. I bought an item on 11/24/25 with shipping on 11/25/25 and as of today 12/18/25 I have not received it, they shipped it on 12/16/25 but since that day the shipment has not moved, a complete disappointment. I will not buy anything here again.

Apart from the delay in sending it, since I bought it and it was available, then they say they have to order it, so about 15 days of waiting in addition to shipping. I asked earlier by email if they were in Spanish, they replied weeks later that yes and I received the games with everything written on the boxes in French.
