please note my last two orders, the boxes for the pa foch and the pa charles de gaulles were damaged and the models had suffered some damage, but this can be repaired. the fault lies with the packaging of the models. check with the supplier. it's true that you offer a wide choice of models and this is appreciated.

It was frustrating to wait three weeks for my small purchase of paints. No models, no glues, nothing but paints. I guess one should expect some time lag for items purchased from Europe but next time I'll look domestically.

Site is fine to use. Just a shame that you can order items that are not available (afterwards). If you opt for a refund, a bridging period of 14 days is generous. Contact by phone is not easy, due to a language barrier you have to make more effort to explain your "problem". Delivery seems to have been without any problems.

They had a stock of three units and I bought them, but after more than a week with the order in preparation I found out that they only had 2 left. Having to be behind people who do not know how to organize their inventory should not be my job.
