I ordered a set with accessories at the beginning of March. I was sent an email to say it had been dispatched with tracking number. 4 weeks of tracking and nothing. I emailed customer service to find out the problem, no reply for 2 weeks. When they did reply they said they’d look into it and get back to me. I had to chase them after 2 weeks. Said it had been lost (I could have told them that!) and they’d send another. Sent lots of emails to customer services to find out where it was as I hadn’t received an email to say it had been sent with very little response. I finally received my order this week (8th June). So 3 months for an order when they said around 2 weeks is bloody poor, communication is also non existent so safe to say I will not purchase again from them.

Good quality products but delivery time a bit long

Despite the problems caused by the confinement requirements, the wait was very short, and the follow-up "commented" as we went along was very .... reassuring.

Came reasonably quickly to UK, took a few days to be dispatched in France, but to be fair I used the standard cheapie delivery option. Don't really tell you it is in France until you complete the order, so could be more transparent. Still, I would use them again and got a 'hard to find' elsewhere item, so on balance I would recommend, provided you don't need it next day or 2 day delivery to the UK.

Products conform and at a good price, but delivery time a little long (and especially without information on a restocking date) ...

But you have got to be kidding me I had ordered decals in 1/32 scale for an American plane and others also in 1/32 scale for a German plane and you sent me decals for the P-38J Lightning but the most serious thing is that they are in 1/48 scale so they are unusable. Therefore I have ended my relationship with you for good. I asked for apples and you sent me bananas but I paid for apples...goodbye

More than a month before delivery...!

Order delivered very late and one of the products was missing. I was unable to give the gifts in time. Impossible to reach the phone number for information. I'll pass next time.

Not yet received, therefore poor coordination

this company is a ripoff they do not inform you about import duties £56.00 on my order you think you are buying from an UK company , but you then find out it is a french company, you receive an email asking for import duties !!!!!!!! we all know how many scam emails we receive. You then ask 1001 hobbies for confirmation of import duties, they then do not reply so you check the couriers website. Even worse they have shipped the package with useless parcel service oops I mean UPS they say I can pay the driver upon delivery I then receive an email telling me UPS have failed to deliver twice even though I was at home on both occasions. getting no help from 1001hobbies I managed to sort out delivery and payment with UPS . IF you are a UK modeler steer clear of these scammers. you will probably be able to buy what you want from a reputable UK wholesaler.

Before placing an order for 460 €, I wanted to call for information. The person who answered seemed to know nothing about her subject. After putting me on hold, she simply hung up on me. For the rest nothing to say, but not sure that I place another order. A little professionalism from your staff would not be a luxury.

choice, fair prices, express delivery, but I only needed 5ml micro jars, not 18ml, I only have one model to make exceptionally, and now I find myself with 14 almost new jars to throw away! what a waste of money Michel!

Nul hyper nul, and once again my opinion will be refused... They sell you models with unusable plans and this company doesn't give a damn, they give you a credit of 15% of the price of your order excluding shipping costs, which of course remain at your expense. (35€ for a 240€ purchase that goes into the garbage)

They bent over backwards for the decalquo from England and so did the model, even though it was late in arriving.

Very bad translations of the catalog in general. From French to Spanish they should not be so bad. Some of them are translated from English to Spanish by the automatic translator and look like the translations of the Chinese on EBay or Amazon.

It took way too long to get here. I marked the package refused and sent it back!

Communication in french from the m9eder company is not very convenient. Also the status of the order, what is and isn't in stock and what will eventually be delivered was unclear. Therefore, it was a pleasant surprise that the entire order was delivered complete.

Easy access to the site, but lacks the sujétions of color and other materials to enhance the models.

It does not fit my needs. I was interested in two 1000 l. tanks for waste. Not the supposed model that I received. The advertisement of the item, is totally misleading. I am pending to return it and to be refunded the amount paid. I hope this is not a scam. I need instructions to the effect, which I expect to receive.

The guard rails that come with the Carrera One! racetrack for the corners are very tricky to attach!
