Ordered a model which was sent back for some reason. I was informed and told it would be on its way but as yet no model and no reply to my emails. Don't mind the delay as long as they keep me informed but lack of communication is very poor. Will be getting bank to recover money if model/communication not forthcoming soon.

Our order. An expensive two way radio headset was delivered faulty. The main headset was damaged and not functioning properly.
We told them on the customer service contact which was an incorrect email. We are very concerned that we may not get a replacement item or our money back. The fact that the email address is not working gives us cause to believe that we are in trouble with this.

Since my last review still no refund only ideal promises of customer services contacting me to arrange refund. Maybe they bissy blockading Jersey? Maybe soon I can go direct to there offices in person and cause a fuss and that way I,ll get my refund.

They are scamming UK buyers as they are trying to give the impression that they are UK based, with their .co.uk website, and London contact phone number. They are actually in France, and so you must pay much more money in import fees. Don't buy from this fraudulent company if you are not in the EU.

Only downside the high shipping costs and the 16 days the courier took us from Normandy to northern Italy.
