After ordering 3 items on March 2, 2021 I finally received my package on Apr 21, 2021. Imagine my surprise when I opened it and DID NOT FIND ANY ITEMS I HAD ORDERED. That's right, they were 0 for 3. I do not know who they have working in their packing department but the person is incompetent! I have been a customer since 2013.
1001 has an excellent catalog of products, both models to assemble and tools and materials for modeling. That is why I am a loyal customer. However there is one aspect that should be improved and that is the delivery. Normally deliveries are not very fast and in some cases desperately long. My last order took exactly TWO months to arrive. However I hope to remain a customer.
