Not happy at all

I give an 8 Am satisfied with the website .

Site navigation: still has room for improvement, especially on paints and accessories. The results after selections are too random product and delivery fully compliant with the request

Hello 3 weeks to receive the order, No response to several emails, nobody answers the phone. Pathetic. I will never order from 1001 again.

The order was delivered quickly but due to a problem with the item ordered (an important part of the model was missing) I was unable to contact customer service online. No reply to my e-mail....

After my first order, the aforementioned complaint is still not completed satisfactorily. This is mainly because it is almost impossible to get in touch with them. Today they finally responded with a short message saying they had not received anything and do not know what it is about. At the bottom of this message were all my email messages that I am responding to their initial offer. It is therefore incomprehensible that they would not know what the complaint is about; they themselves responded via email to my previous review via "real reviews". No doubt they must have all the details therefore (and moreover, it is even in the message I received from them today. Still this complaint has not been resolved. By phone they are also unreachable.

The shipping was a little slow and the product after comparing was quite expensive.

Good value for money. Pity that unavailable products are displayed in search results. Order was over 1 1/2 weeks in transit, which I really find too long, tried to contact, no options except email (which was not responded to) and do not hide behind "that's because corona" because my order via another puzzle website, which was also delivered by postnl.nl did arrive after 1 day ... So moderately enthusiastic...

Delivery taking longer than expected

I ordered Blackstone Fortress: Escalation. It was in stock when I ordered it. It took months for you to then tell me it was permanently out of stock. I could have purchased it elsewhere, but I spent 2 months thinking I had already ordered it before you told me I wouldn't be getting it. I am not happy about that at all, as it is now very difficult to obtain, and I had to settle for other products that I had no real intention of buying.

Delivery took a little longer than advertised, a little over a week as opposed to 4 days.

I received the package damaged and crushed. Compared to your shipping rates, which I find a bit expensive, your packaging is not rigid enough. As a result, the products inside are a bit crushed for items I was planning to give as a birthday present in 1 week's time (I hope there won't be any unpleasant surprises when I unwrap the gift).

Serious and fast enough. A description of the choice of colors to take with the model would help a lot I think 🤔

Good site clear prices and good service delivery time a little long but in my case some items were missing not easy to find .service anyway very good

Too many requests for advice

Initially not a positive experience, made payment but did not receive an order, later seemed to have been a bug in the system. Unreachable by phone, repeatedly emailed, but that did not provide a solution. Finally got someone on the line, who solved everything nicely. Too bad my son didn't get the promised item to make up for it. Car is super cool though!

Unfortunately it took a long time for the order to be delivered.

I was concerned after reading some review saying the items had not turned up and difficulty in contacting 1001. I was going to give it a couple of weeks but the concern was short lived as the model was delivered in a little over a week from ordering even coming from france and delivered by UPS.

Product availability times need to be updated to take account of the consequences of Brexit on stock management. But thanks to the responsiveness of Customer Service, I was able to receive my order within a controlled timeframe. Thank you and well done!

Figure was unfortunately no longer in its original packaging and has color abrasion. Too bad.

delivery: RAS, nice telephone reception, good advice. However, 1 out of 6 products delivered (paint cans) was 30% short of paint capacity;
